Ingredients - Lemon essential oil
Aromatic Description - Clean, fresh, citrus, bright
Therapeutic Use - Supoorts healthy respiratory function, promotes a positive mood and cognitive funtcion, aids in digestion, can assist in soothing an irritated throat (with honey and warm water).
Aromatic Use - Cleanse & purifies the air, supports healthy breathing.
Topical Use - Can be used to soothe bites & stings (along with Lavender oil), recommended to dilute with a carrier oil or fractionated coconut oil.
Internal Use - Food grade oil, suitable for use in cooking.
Cleaning - Add a couple of drops to a spray bottle of water to clean and disinfect surfaces. Add to olive oil for a natural furniture polish. Use to remove gum and sticky objects from surfaces
Safety Information - UV sensitivity, if using topically, stay out of the sun for at least 12 hours to avoid skin irritation. Pregnant & nursing women should seek medical advice before using any essential oil.
