Ingredients - Grapefruit essential oil
Aromatic Description - Citrus, floral, fruity
Therapeutic Use - Uplifting and clarifying
Aromatic Use - Use three to four drops in your aroma diffuser
Topical Use - Dilute in coconut oil or a carrier oil. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for 12 hours after topical application
Internal Use - Suitable for use as a flavouring in cooking.
Cleaning - Not generally used for cleaning.
