Returns
Change of mind returns are allowed on IN STOCK NOW products from certain categories as long as they are unopened, unused and still have all their original packaging and labelling in place. Items marked as IN STOCK 1-3 DAYS, IN STOCK 4-7 DAYS or SPECIAL ORDER are at our discretion on a case by case basis depending on the popularity of the product and our ability to quickly resell it.
Return requests for items that qualify can be made within 14 days of delivery. We will be flexible around Christmas.
All returns that qualify must be unused, not washed, still in their original packaging and with all labels intact. If you return something that has been used, washed or doesn’t have its original packaging, you will need to pay shipping to get the item back or we will donate it to charity if appropriate.

Not accepted returns for change of mind
- Food
- Any consumable health food or supplement
- Anything marked as IN STOCK 1-3 DAYS, IN STOCK 4-7 DAYS or Special Order (at our discretion)
- Anything on sale for more than 20% off
- Hair, Face, Body, Makeup & Essential oils without a factory seal
- All cleaning products (other than stainless steel pegs)
The cost to return a product for change of mind
- RETURN POSTAGE must be paid by the customer
- YOUR ORIGINAL POSTAGE CHARGES will not be refunded on a return
- IF YOU QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you return enough of your order to drop below our Free Shipping offer, the shipping charges that would have applied to your order original will be deducted from your refund
- WE DON'T EXCHANGE PRODUCTS but you are welcome to purchase the new one and get a refund on the original
