This covers all Camelbak products, including bottles, reservoirs, backpacks and accessories against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. As an official Australian stockist, any Camelbak product you purchase from us is covered under this lifetime guarantee. Simply contact us with your issue, and the faulty component will be replaced for you at no charge.

We have had very few warranty claims needed for this brand, however, a couple of years ago, there was a brand of bottle called the Better Bottle. A small batch of these lids had issues with the bite valve casing breaking lugs. While the Better Bottle isn't made anymore, it has the same thread as the new Eddy Bottle. The Eddy Bottle came in to existence when Camelbak realised the Better Bottle lid design needed some improvement.
