Lemongrass has an intense lemon aroma with a slightly herby edge. It is steam distilled from the lemongrass plant that you find in the supermarket and use in cooking. It can help give an emotional boost and blends well with other essential oils like minty, herby, other citrus and woody oils. Lemongrass can be very overbearing so please use it sparingly in a blend.
