The doTERRA Adaptiv essential oil blends are available in Australia in 2 forms, as a pure undiluted blend and in the Touch format, which is diluted in fractionated coconut oil and can safely be applied directly to the skin from the roller ball that it’s packaged in. Use the 15ml in your aroma diffuser and apply Touch to the skin.

In Australia, doTERRA Adaptiv is known as the Tranquil blend. In the USA it’s known as the Calming Blend. They are both the same formula, labelled differently for the Australian and USA markets.
