This raw cold extracted 30+ MGO honey is a BUDGET FRIENDLY a superfood packed with antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and vitamins and minerals. This whole food honey is a great replacement for processed sugar as it is LOWER GI and offers the benefits of health boosting bioactive compounds.
