Noosa Basics Sea Spray is a creative alternative to create volume and curls. It's a more natural feel than hair spray and it leaves you looking like you've been at the beach. Made with salt water and boosted with argaon oil and natural extracts plus a delicious coconut scent.
HOW TO APPLY - Shake well, spray over damp or dry hair like you would hair spray. Allow to dry naturally or with a diffuser to create bigger curls.
