What ingredients are in incense?

Mainstream incense sticks can contain a multitude of toxic ingredients including benzene, toluene and PAH's (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons). Our eco incense sticks use only natural and plant based non-toxic ingredients. Our eco incense is made with high quality activated charcoal, resin, herbs, essential oils, aromatic woods, honey and bamboo sticks.

The fragrances between incense and essential oils are significantly different because incense use requires burning incense and essential oils are kept cold and used in an aroma diffuser.

How to burn incense sticks

Treat our natural and eco friendly incense with respect. Stand them up in an incense holder or even just stick them in a plant. Keep them in a well ventilated room while you use them to keep the integrity of the air quality in the room you're in. Once lit, a warm, calming and beautiful aroma will waft through the room. The quality of the scent in our natural eco incense sticks will even create a sense of relaxation and calm before they're lit, so you will get to enjoy their aroma for a lot longer than just the official burn time. If there's any bamboo stick left at the end, they are biodegradable.
