Anna's Magnesium Bedtime Lotion is a infused with magnesium, lavender & chamomile and assists with relaxation in any bedtime ritual. It's Australian Made, Vegan and scientifically formulated.
HOW TO USE (night) - 1 to 2 pumps in to the palm of your hand and massage in to your lower back, behind the knees and the tops of your feet 20 minutes before bed. These are points to relax your sciatic nerve.
